Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use tradieroute.com.au or submit an enquiry through TradieRoute.

Our role

TradieRoute is a referral and matching service. We do not perform plumbing, electrical or other trade work and are not your plumber, electrician, contractor, agent or employer. If we identify a suitable match, we may provide your enquiry to one independent trade professional whose location and preferred work correspond with your job.

No guaranteed match

We do not guarantee that a professional will be available, contact you, accept the job, provide a quote, attend within a particular time or achieve a particular result.

Your agreement with the tradie

Any quote, booking, scope, payment, warranty or work agreement is directly between you and the independent professional. TradieRoute is not a party to that agreement. You should independently confirm identity, licences, registrations, insurance, qualifications, availability, scope and pricing before proceeding.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate, lawful and reasonably complete information; have authority to request work at the property; avoid uploading harmful or irrelevant material; and not misuse the website. Do not use this website as a substitute for emergency services.

Emergencies

For immediate danger, fire, electric shock, suspected gas leak, flooding or a life-threatening situation, call 000 and the relevant emergency service or utility provider. Online enquiries are not monitored as an emergency channel.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradieRoute is not responsible for the acts, omissions, statements, prices, availability, work quality or outcomes of independent professionals. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw the website or any part of the referral service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
